    Charged when the guest checks in — never at the moment they book.
    Cancelled, expired and no-show bookings are reversed. You are not charged.
    Every industry has a free allowance, and most have a monthly ceiling on what you pay.
    Invoiced monthly in BBD — pay by card, bank transfer, BiMPay or cash.
    Sample, unclaimed and test listings are never billed.
    Bookings from an OTA or a reseller keep their own existing terms.
